If you wish to return an item you must contact us first and have your return approved by the returns department. Any returns sent to us without pre-approval will be at risk of being rejected. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to have your return approved. Alternatively you can contact us by phone on 01494 728181.
Once approved all goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days have passed we would be unable to accept your return, unless the item has a manufacturing fault. In all cases your item must in the same condition that you received it in for it to be eligible for a return. Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (if approved by returns department)
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. If these conditions are met we will then offer a suitable resolution.
Cancellations / Order Amendments
You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us to do so. If an order needs to be cancelled or amended at very short notice, we recommend calling to ensure that your order is not packed and/or dispatched before changes can be made. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched, please follow our returns process as outlined above.
